The voting count in the Warrnambool City Council election has been finalised today, and we are excited for the future of Warrnambool with the new look council.
The controversial council has been ousted with a very loud and clear vote by the Warrnambool residents, we now have a totally new council.
Warrnambool Ratepayer Association members Ben Blain, Angie Paspaliaris, Richard Ziegeler and Max Taylor will all take their place at the table of the new council.
Both Vicki Jellie and Otha Akoch polled amazing and both obtained their quota prior to the distribution of preferences, Debbie Arnott was the other successful candidate.
Thank you to all who took the big step to be a candidate in the election, you were all amazing a did a wonderful job.
